Welcome to NAS. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the staffing services we provide. By using our services or website you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Company" means NAS and affiliated entities.
- "Client" means the business or individual contracting NAS to provide workers or staffing services.
- "Worker" means the person supplied by NAS to perform services for the Client.
- "Services" means provision of temporary, contract, or permanent staff and related HR services provided by NAS .
2. Our Services
NAS sources, screens, and supplies Workers to Clients for specified roles and durations. We act as the supplier of personnel; unless otherwise agreed in writing, we are not the employer of the Worker once they are engaged directly by the Client.
Service scope
- Job matching, initial screening, and reference checks.
- Coordination of interviews, onboarding, and placement logistics.
- Optional payroll, visa/work permit assistance, and compliance support (if contracted).
3. Booking & Contracts
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by NAS . A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation (email or signed document) and any required deposit is received.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate job descriptions, working conditions, and required qualifications.
- Ensure legal right to employ the Worker in the relevant jurisdiction (work permits, visas).
- Comply with applicable labor, health & safety, and anti-discrimination laws.
4. Payments & Fees
Fees for services will be set out in our proposal or confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are due within 14 days of invoice date.
- Late payments may incur interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
- Clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges related to the Services.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms will be specified for each engagement. In general:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of confirmed start date may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds of deposits are subject to deduction for work already performed, administration, and any third-party costs.
6. Worker Terms & Background Checks
We may carry out identity, qualification and reference checks on prospective Workers. Where allowed by law, Clients may request additional screening; such checks may be subject to additional fees and require Client consent.
Note: NAS does not guarantee a Worker’s conduct or performance and must be notified promptly of any issues.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect and process personal data of Clients and Workers to provide our Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data including retention, access, and data subject rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NAS ’s total liability to the Client for all claims arising under or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees paid by the Client to NAS for the specific placement that gave rise to the claim.
NAS is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits).
9. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold NAS harmless against any claims, losses or liabilities arising from the Client’s breach of these Terms or applicable law, or from the Client’s instructions to the Worker that are unlawful or negligent.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials provided by NAS remain our property. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use any recruitment materials for the purposes of the engagement.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions). The affected party must notify the other as soon as practicable.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as set out in the Service Agreement. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities. Any outstanding fees remain payable on termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on our website or by email. Continued use of Services after changes indicates acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where NAS is registered (please replace with the appropriate jurisdiction). Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction unless the parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
